Intern Architect / Job Captain

Greg joined SRN Architects Inc. to assist in the management of High Rise Residential and Commercial Design Projects. He comes to us from Global Architect Inc. where he acted as a Designer and Project Manager. During his 8 years there, he participated in a wide variety of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional design projects.

More specifically, his team completed multiple high-rise residential housing projects. These included:

The 24-storey Legends at Tam O’Shanter community in Scarborough, Ontario. The final phase in this complex housed 254 units of High Rise residential.

The 14-storey Richmond Condominium in Downtown Toronto. This Site featured 2 towers consisting of 516 units of residential and retail space.

The Hillcrest Towers in Brampton. This 15-storey building features 216 condominium units with ground floor retail space.

The 4-storey Fairview Residence in Burlington and the Grange Condominium in Guelph, which consisted of 48 units each.

Further to this high-rise residential work, he also participated in a series of low-rise assisted living (seniors) residential developments in Kleinburg, Burlington and Oakville.

While at Busby & Associates, Greg also worked on the schematic design and development of a variety condominium projects for Concord Pacific in Vancouver and Concord Cityplace in Toronto.

He adds years of hands-on experience to the Team.
