NATÜR Condominiums is a contemporary two-tower, nine-storey residential development in Courtice, Ontario, conceived as the mid-rise gateway to a larger master-planned community of townhomes. From the outset, the project emphasizes modular innovation and sustainable urban design, integrating architecture, landscape, and community space into a single cohesive whole. Central to that ambition is a modular precast façade system, designed in collaboration with Stubbe’s Precast Systems, which enables efficient construction and a reduced environmental footprint while maintaining a refined, deliberate architectural character. Natural materials and warm, tactile finishes complement the buildings’ modern form, reinforcing an enduring connection to the surrounding landscape and grounding the towers in their setting. With its balanced composition, rhythmic façade, and thoughtfully integrated open spaces, NATÜR establishes a strong architectural presence—a landmark entry to a growing community built around livability, sustainability, and genuine integration with the ecological landscape of the region.
Modular innovation, rooted in the ecological landscape.
